On behalf of Organizing committee we invite you to take part in the International annual Conference "Computer Medicine' 2004" which is organized by Ukrainian Association for "Computer Medicine" (UACM), Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education under Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, Kharkiv National University named by V.N.Karazin.
      Conference will hold by the plan of Healthcare Ministry of Ukraine on May 27-29, 2004 in Kharkiv.
      At conference there will be considered newest world achievements in the field of medical informatics and telemedicine, information on activity of the international organizations which member is UACM or with which close cooperation is supported. Among such: International Association of Medical Informatics (IMIA) and European Federation of Medical Informatics (EFMI), European Commission on Telemedicine (DGXIII), International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
      Within the framework of Conference there will be sessions of UACM Scientific Council, Commission of Healthcare Ministry and National Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine on Telemedicine, the Editorial Board of scientific - methodical journal "Clinical Informatics and Telemedicine ".
      The special section will be devoted to technology of Heart Rate Variability research.
      Materials (theses) of Conference will be print in scientific journal "Bulletin of Kharkiv National University named by V.N.Karazin", series "Medicine". The best papers which will be recommended Program Committee, will publish in journal "Clinical Informatics and Telemedicine" (CiT) (see. www.uacm.kharkov.ua ).
