Role of information technologies in intellectualization of healthcare

ABSTRACT

         Medicine - field of knowledge, where the error of the doctor or organizer of public health services can reduce in negative consequences, which influence health and social well-being of many people. It is necessary to strengthen a value of medical information resources, to increase possibilities of a doctor in spheres of control of public health services, to give a new defining role to telemedical information technologies in the field of diagnostics and treatment of diseases. In Russia the State System Monitoring Concept of Population Health is developed.
