Program control of stimulators for the diagnostic and medical purposes

Abstract

        In this message the special software «Stimul» which was used in the automatized processes of control of the stimulating equipment for diagnostic and medical problems of biology and medicine is described. The computer system on the basis of the interfacing CAMAC allows to stimulator to create amplitude- or frequency- modulated impulses streams. The parameters of interpulse time sequences were spotted by the research problems. It is possible to set them also according to natural frequencies of explored erethitic structures at medical influence. The results of use of such computer system on an example of evoked potentials of a spinal cord are given. The references of a select of modes of its operation in different cases of holding of experiments are described.
