Imitating model of service of buyers in pharmaceutical establishments

Abstract

        The opportunity and necessity of imitating modeling for improvement quality of service of buyers medical products in pharmacies has been proved. Statement of the task in view of specificity of retail trade by pharmaceutical production has been presented. The corresponding computer imitating model has been developed; directions of its development and perfection have been defined.
